We arrive in Cape Town on Friday morning and head to the hotel to get our bearings. On our walk that early afternoon, we spot a crowd at the waterfront. Who should be there but our friend Matt Lauer and Tiki Barber of the “Today Show” filming Where in the World is Matt Lauer from Cape Town! How COOL is that?! I ask you!

Table Mountain, the iconic image of Cape Town (and arguably South Africa) can be seen from just about everywhere in town. It is truly magnificent.
